Cassidy Ficker

Cassidy Ficker graduated from the Ohio State University in 2026. She’s a Buckeye to the core, having gone there for undergrad as well as vet school. She’s interested in both small animal medicine as well as wildlife, and she spent some rotations working with birds from both rehab and field research perspectives. From a clinical perspective, she’s most interested in internal medicine topics such as kidney and endocrine diseases as well as surgery. Outside of veterinary medicine, she loves birdwatching, nature photography, and cheering on Ohio State athletics with her cat Toby. She is now working for Animal Care Center at Anderson, and she is thrilled to be working back in her home town of Cincinnati!
