Take a Few Steps Before You Drop Off Your Pet


Before you leave your cat or dog in our boarding facility, you'll need to make a reservation. Simply call us or book a reservation online. We also require proof of vaccination so we can keep your pet and our other guests healthy and safe. We will vaccinate your cat or dog if you are unable to provide the appropriate documents.


Vaccines we require include Bordetella, distemper, influenza, and rabies for both cats and dogs.

Pet boarding reservations can be made by phone or through our website. We do not have a cancellation fee or penalty, but we do ask that you notify our staff if you will not need the reservation.

Payment Policy

Payment in full is expected at the time of pick-up. We accept cash, check, Care Credit, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Vaccination Policy

The Animal Care Center’s vaccination policy is designed to allow your pet to board in the safest and healthiest environment possible.  Proof of annual vaccinations must be provided before your pet is left in our care.  If your pet does not receive his/her vaccines at this facility you must show documentation that verifies current vaccinations. If you are unable to provide proof of vaccinations we will administer the required vaccinations at owner’s expense. We do require Distemper, Rabies, Influenza and Bordetella for dogs and Distemper, Leukemia, Rabies, and Bordetella for cats.
