This was our first time visiting, Prince was seen to establish care with his new Dr. I was very happy with how things went, everything was done in front of me so that was a HUGE! plus. We will be returning for all of his follow ups and dental care. They also offer grooming which will be his new place to go (being that I'm not a groomer but I'm learning 😃)...thank you Animal Care for all you did and will do in the coming years 🤓🎉...

I am so happy I found Animal Care Center. I have been getting my cats' nails clipped there for the past year, then one of my cats suddenly developed cystitis, which is turning out to be chronic. ACC has been there for us 100% during this challenging time. The docs have the most current tech (like a portable ultrasound device which is hooked up to their phones!) and the modern & stylish office is always spotless. It's great to have exam rooms that face the street and let the light in. Honestly, with so many other vets, I feel like they suggest marginally beneficial tests and treatments just to rack up a huge bill, but I never have felt that at ACC. Their prices are ultra-reasonable, and all of the staff is always delightful to interact with.

I had an emergency and our vet could not get us in for an appointment. I called at least five places. Animal CARE center got us in within an hour. From the start all of the staff was extremely friendly and empathetic. Our assistant and doctor were knowledgeable, informative and attentive. Excellent in everything! I was so impressed I wanted to cry. About the time I wanted to cry a hospital cat would pop up and make me smile or laugh. They offered me drinks and snacks while they did blood work. The ladies at the front desk even helped me work my phone to get to my care credit. It was so special to have such understanding people surrounded by my cat Charlie. I appreciate everything. Charlie is 15 years and getting better each day. Highly recommend and thank you. Beth Glenn.

I cannot thank the incredible diligent staff at this clinic for what you did for my cat. On the day after the WORST snow day of the year, you got me in as a new patient because she was suffering so bad with a random attack by her condition. Just bad timing. I had such incredible luck being near the kind people here who immediately noticed my cat’s problem and administered the medicine to fix her (which happened to be the same as what my normal vet, who was willing to let her wait THREE days, prescribed to get her better last year). You all are angels. Thank You 🙏

Our cat had quit eating and I called hoping to get her in the same day. Luckily they were able to see her a few hours later. The place was clean and the staff was friendly and professional. The doctor was able to diagnose the problem quickly and we were out of there within an hour. I will definitely call again as the need arises.

I’ve been going to Animal Care Center at Anderson since the day they opened, and I wouldn’t take my animals anywhere else. As someone who fosters rescue animals and cares for multiple resident pets, I rely on their team for both grooming and veterinary care—and I love that it’s all in one place.

It’s especially comforting for my small senior dog, who needs close monitoring during grooming. Knowing his vet is right there gives me complete peace of mind. The staff is kind, professional, and truly invested in each animal’s well-being.

I live 35 minutes away, so every visit is over an hour round trip—but for me, you can’t put a price on the ones you love or the distance it takes to keep them safe. This clinic has earned my trust, and I’m grateful for the care they provide.
